16th Century Sailor

A character who might have served on the MaryRose in His Majesty's Navy. Linen shirt and pants, basic wool stocks, hat and doublet, (the previous two were knit and then felted) Every sailor knew how to sew, a neccessary skill for keeping the sails in good repair as well as keeping the sailor himself clothed. Wool coverings on the wrists were scoggers, on the ankles, hoggers, both very similar items for warmth without constricting movement.
